2wo: It’s your job to remind employees that first and foremost our job is about helping patients not putting sales ahead of everything else.
3hree: Do you really need to take a salary that is tens of millions of dollars?
4our: Sacking employees when a product comes off patents is no way to treat valuable people. Help them find new jobs and provide everyone with a career path.
5ive: If your company is fined because of illegal marketing you should apologize and fire those involved.
6ix: You need to meet with the rank and file regularly to listen more than to talk.
7even: You can’t please Wall Steet and patients at the same time. You can’t have two masters.
8ight: No pharma company should have company jets. Sell them and fly the airlines like the rest of us.
9ine: You should make it clear that no patient will bear a financial hardship because they can’t afford your drug(s). Find a way to make it happen.
