Voices of patients

UnknownThroughout the world of DTC marketing there is nothing so moving or dramatic as the voices of patients.  By listening to them we can better help identify their needs to seeking treatments and connecting them to other patients who are going through similar experiences.   This is especially true for patients with chronic conditions like MS who often reach out and seek others advice so they can better understand this horrible disease.  Here are just some of these voices mined from social media, community websites and health condition sites.  While there are a lot of new therapies coming to treat MS it’s clear that these patients want more empathy from people who don’t understand what it’s like to have MS.
